| 09/27/07: CLUB DATABASE REPORTS
A reminder that at the April board meeting, Zonta International decided to scale back on the frequency of the club database reporting. You will need to fill out only two more, one in December, and one in early June 2008. A huge thank-you to all club presidents who submitted quarterly reports for FY07. The information was extremely helpful to me in reporting District 1 activities to the ZI board for their meetings, and to your Area Directors in getting to know your clubs better. Your Area Directors have summary information from all of your reports and are in the process of scoring the reports for the Governor's Award to clubs to be announced at Fall Conference. These are the forms that were distributed in January 2007. Please use the new Word document for your next report. If you open it in Microsoft Word, you can use the dropdown lists to fill in parts of the form. If you can, please fill it in using Word, save your report and email it to your Area Director before the deadline. Fill it in by hand and fax it only if you cannot make it work on the computer.
